Alignment Issues with Fusion Girl Body?

So i notice that allmost every animation has missaglinments. Most times its the penis missing the vagina but sometimes its also like the man clipping through the girls with his hands or body. And after seeing pics and videos that look perfectly fine i am wondering if its just the fusion girl body thats like slightly higher then CBBE (because all the vids and pics use CBBE) or even just the preset that i am using being missaglined.

Also i sort of remember someone mentioning that CBBE was used for the animation creation and other bodies might not be "compatible". If that is what they meant then i don't understand why the guide suggests using fusion girl OR CBBE.
