[Request] SV Sneaking Suit Modified in MGSV The Phantom Pain

I posted this over a month ago on the Nexus and unsurprisingly, have been met with silence. So I turn to the more well-mannered community here. Basically, all I want is for Snake's left arm to be covered with SV Sneaking Suit. Exactly like how it was in Ground Zeroes.
