Quiver missing on PC but not on NPC's LE

So i tried equipping a bow and some arrows and the arrows are equipped but not showing anywhere i tested this on followers and their arrows were visible I've spent hours today going through the MCM looking for what could be causing it with no success and i reinstalled skeletons and animation mods to no avail any help would be appreciated. Also the quiver is visible if i am a male pc not a female pc
