Weapon Rack bug

Apologies in advanced if this is already fixed or old news.

 

In my hearthfire home's (I own 2 of them) the weapon racks and display cases don't seem to let me put weapons into them at all.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nearly 40 views and no one can help me? I must be bottom of the barrel.

 

I heard that one of the skyrim updates was supposed to fix it but it hasn't seemed to :/

Also my mannequins move around and I tried a mod which was supposed to fix the issue but they grew twice the size they are supposed to be and randomly moved up and down through stuff.
