CTD after accessing Devious Device Expansion through AddItem.

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a decent weekend. I am having a speciic CTD with skyrim and devious devices. I have everything updated and current as far as mods. i can go into any file through additem accept expansions. It crashes once i click on it in AddItem. i reinstalled both additem and expansions but it doesnt seem to help.
