Hello, ladies, gentlemen, transgender, no-genders and bad-genders !

(Sorry if you don't understand, i realize this joke only works in french :x ) 

 

 

 

So, what is this about ? A "DLC Update" really ? Like you're an EA programmer who decide to do some unofficial job time ?

 

Well, I can agree the term is a bit too much, but if all (at least the most) of what I got in mind and in my scripting skills comes to life, I assure you we will do a huge stuff.

 

Oh did you just say "we" ?

 

Yes, I said "we". To explain this "we", i need to tell you a little story.

 

I was lurking, like many people i guess, around this forum, looking for always more sexual stuff (mostly BDSM stuff) for my TS4 modding. Nude textures, sexy clothes, items, the EXCEPTIONNAL Wicked Whims, Basemental Drugs etc etc etc.. (my mod folders is around 8GB of almost only sexual stuff).

But, there was still a problem. I still couldn't do everything I wanted to do in the game. So, instead of requesting more and more stuff to modders, I tried to look at how all this mods are made, and I learned how to reproduce some stuff. And THEN, a Divine revelation (or not) ! 

 

Let's aggregate all cool stuff and add more to create an Ultimate BDSM world in TS4 !

 

After I woke up ( y'know, just imagine the TON of work wich has to be done here, you would faint), I did some researches, somes tests, and here is what i can offer after all that.

 

It IS possible today to  create :

 

• Custom traits, leading to mood modifications
• Custom aspirations, to fulfill all our (Sims) desires
• Custom carreers, with real work duties, objectives, promotions.
• Custom skills, wich can be used for carrers promotions, aspirations and sexual stuff
• Custom objects wich can be used to master those custom skills.
• Custom lots, to create differents places for our new world to take place ! Work places, shops, bars and nightclub, houses and so on ! (we even have a lot free world we can develop, thanks to EA)
• And, most important, make all of that to interact between them !

SO. I still did not anwsered your question. Why did I say "we" ? For two reasons. 

 

First, i would like to make a call to all mod-makers.
Not to say "hey i've been thinking about all these stuff, so now go to work". Nah, clearly nah. I would like to discuss with you. I mean, obviously some stuff i talked about before is already created, and some needs to be created. As I said, what I have in mind is about aggregate what exists, add some more and make all this working together. And of course, I'll use my hands to create what's missing, but I need you to first, give me the right to use your mods, of course, and also your help so we can make things work together.

 

Let me give you an example. Whicked Whims allows us to make our Sims perform sexual positions. I have in mind to create skills for sexual acts (BJ, anal, vaginal etc...) but I need to know if it's possible to adapt WW to lock some positions until a certain level of a required skill is reached AND if some positions can make those skills grow up ( i.e : Level 0 of "Vaginal skill" give only access to Missionnary but if you practice enough your skill will level up and you will have access to Doggy Style).

I also think about all the objects creators (to be honest, it's my worst skill) who would agree for these objects to be usefull, like a spanking machine raising up the "pain love" skill.

 

That is for that kind of stuff I need you. To discuss about what's possible or not, if you agree or not, and if you want to be part of the project or not.

 

 

 

And then I need you, the community.

Of course, all good lads who would like to join the project and help me about making stuff are welcome ! But in fact it's not the first thing I was thinking about. I need you to know WHAT do you want in this monster. I need your ideas, about skills, careers, traits etc.. etc..

I have my own kinks, but you have your too, and they might be are different. I want this project to be community based, so I want you to post ideas of what you would like to be in the game, of course being detailled and community rules friendly.

 

 

So feel free to post everything you want to say under this post, and let's give the game the Update DLC we all want to become true !
