Footsteps playing when not in animation?

When my character is not jumping or animating using sl, there are extra footsteps being played. This is only in third person view, not first. I did have the Joy of First Perspective and have uninstalled and cleaned the save, but the issue is still there. This started right after my first sl animation on my first play through. I tried several save cleaners as well as reinstalling unsleep and installing jump sound fix. I am trying to create a new mod profile and going through installations, however, if someone could point out some issues that they see that would be great. Thanks.
