Turn Female NPC into Futa

Is there a mod out there that turns all female NPC into Futa and have them be treated as men? Exept for PC.

A combination of SOS and Eager NPCs can do that. Maybe you'll also need a female schlong plugin as well, I'm not sure if SOS by default has one. I like to use BadDogHoodies, since it gives you the choice between multiple schlongs for males and females, including ones modeled after felines and lizards for Kajeet and Argonians, though they can also be used on other species.

 

First you go into the SOS menu and set the chance for females to have the schlong to 100%, that should give all female NPCs one (or you can split the 100% between the different kind of female schlongs if you have more than one kind).

And then you go into the Eager NPCs MCM into the tab "SOS Integration" and there activate that all characters that have that female schlong to be set to be treated as males.

 

By default any female with a schlong will then automatically have their sexlab gender turned to male right before the start of a sex scene. Though there's also an option to force their gender to change upon being under your crosshair (in addition to the pre-sex check IIRC).
