Lost chrome color in combat armor?

I don't know what mod I added cause this, but my combat armor lost it's chrome shine and turns into a blackish mess like in the picture. I have tried to disable UCO Clothing Over Haul, but that does not seems to be the cause for it.

I have installed Gunmetal Armor Skins that used to work.

Any help or tips would be appreciated.
