HDT troubleshooting help -- everything works, but things don't "settle" quite right

I've looked all over, lots of threads, different install guides, tried different install orders and load orders (in the end back at the recommended), and I can't seem to lick this problem.

 

I'm using all the latest SexLab stuff, CF, SLAL, SOS...double and triple checked. 

 

Latest XP32MSE and FNIS from the nexus.

 

I've been using Vortex as mod manager because I wanted to try it. It seems to work well, but maybe it has problems I'm unaware of?

As it says in the subject line, everything seems to working just fine, bounce and collision all appear good. Hair, breasts, belly, bum, pussy. EXCEPT that her boobs don't settle right. They bounce and it all looks good, but they go to rest in odd positions instead of settling back to a natural state. There is also one odd occasional tremor on just the right ass cheek, but not the left.

 

I'm at my wits end on this. I could have missed it in the support thread, but I've all over LL (and even chased some links offsite) and I can't sort this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
