Can't find the simple pregnancy option

This is Probably just me being blind, but I am trying to disable The menstrual function in the game and I have searched and seen people talking about changing the pregnancy settings to simple pregnancy in the sex options but I can not find the pregnancy settings at all, and if the menu is actually called sex settings, I can't find that either.
Any help is appreciated

Found it.
Turns out my computers permissions were blocking one of the files from being accessed by sims even though sims mod menu showed it.

Corrected that and everything shows up properly now
