Interface Workshop tab Energy missing

I have a strange problem that has occurred. Inside the interface of the workshop I no longer see the Energy tab (the one with the light bulb to understand) and obviously I can't build lights, generators, etc. anymore. I tried to overwrite the game but it no longer appears. Could you give me an indication? I would really appreciate it.
