Change vampire lord skeleton

Is there a way to change vampire lord's skeleton to a human skeleton?

I want to do some roleplay stuff and i need the vampire lord to behave like any other human... you know, walk, equip stuff, do normal attacks with a weapon, bow or common magic (like it was a custom race or something). I tried something by simply swapping files around and i managed to make to make the vampire lord's body to be equipped like any normal armor, but the wings stay frozen in place whenever i do any animations, like finisher animations on enemies, the whole thing is really glitchy and the mouth just dissapeared.
