zod976 Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 I am wondering if anyone can show me a good face & texture combination for CBBE 3.2.3 with no neck seam/discoloration and looks rather sexy. I am currently using CBBE + CBBE Face Pack which I think looks really good and no seams to boot. I am mostly looking for a face and body that actually matches texture-wise like CBBE + CBBE Face Pack. Would appreciate any pics/links .
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 I am using Navetsea's 1.8 skin (not the "lite/basvanbeau"-whatever version at the top of the list - scroll down. I know, the files section there is dense - read each option carefully) plus his fuller lips face. From my mod page at Nexus: "As of 01/12/13, presets 11-20, some, but likely not all, of the face mods used in my screens include: Navetsea's Skin Textures, including the fuller lips face option, plus patch. Eyebrows from Bella's mod. Manual download, manual install of brows only. I also use brows 1, 2, 3, and 6 from another pack elsewhere. Makeup Tweaks by HHaley – great mod, this one. Covereyes by Lenski, v.4. The Eyes of Beauty by Lograam, for both player & NPC's. Geonox's male face-maps, detailed version. Geonox's warpaint & dirt. Better Males by Chris57/FavoredSoul, Xenius's Vanilla underwear version." I use xs2reality's Sporty Sexy normal maps. I blend all the seams using Caliente's awesome Texblend (the heavier-duty version, not the "Lite" one packaged with some CBBE releases), with a blending kit of my own making, with the MUCH APPRECIATED help of radioragae's Perfect Neck Seam kit. You be the judge!
zod976 Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 Very impressive, I need to try this out . EDIT: I tried all of this except the neck seam kit(too hard for me to figure out) but I am getting neck, wrist and ankle seams when I use Navestea's Skin Texture though. I guess the texture blend doesn't work with that skin and coverwomen face. I tried cbbe standard textures with coverwomen and it is seamless with exception to wrist and ankles which are hard to see anyways but still noticeable.
FastestDogInTheDistrict Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 If you're not going to use TexBlend, then yes it's best to keep it simple. Standard CBBE textures should be fine. EDIT: Wait - you should be able to blend those ankle & wrist seams away with TexBlend. Give it another look. Link above.
anavar Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 wow good work man.. did you use ENB in your screen shot? i have downloaded the perfect neck seam from radiorage its seems fine with enb on.. but foolish me i have to redo my personal beauty project because i deactivate ENB and see some neck seam.. although i've edited it via photoshop switched to unp but the neck seam is worser LOL.. btw you've inspired me to do what you do..
