It's very easy to use - even a chimp like me has been able to use it. *Not 100% sure if there's any additional caveats or addendums to doing this with "author [x]'s custom .bsa for [modname]" - read any tutorials/descriptions carefully, and perhaps extract to a separate folder well away from your Skyrim game location to test it out...*
