schlong of skyrim NPCs still have underwear on among other things

So basically while my character doesn't have underwear on, all the other NPCs do. Not only that, for some reason SexLab Eager NPCs doesn't work either even though it is installed in game, and last but probably not the least, no animations, even with the turned on in the Mod Configuration.

 

Don't if anyone can help, but i would appreciate it if they could.

The same problem, it is not possible to remove underwear, it is not even in the inventory
