NPC replacer/ SIM beautifier

Hello,

 

I am new at modding The Sims 4 and have played skyrim for quite a long time. I recently decided to give Sims a try.  So naturally I started modding the hell out of it. 

 

I am looking for a mod that replaces the appearance of all existing Sims. I don't even know if there is such a thing,, like a NPC replacer in Skyrim like Bijin NPCS.

Or maybe if someone has shared their world with all the Sims overhauled or made kinky or something, like that.

There is a mod that will give your townies (NPCs) good outfits.
 

There are also townie replacements that people have made that you can import.  Look around the DL section for those.
