Uluf Underwear, SOS, Looking for help

I noticed i had this armor from Honey Popcorn overhaul, Uluf's Underwear and it works with SOS to show the bulge when worn, not like SOS schloingify armour to have it showing.  I am fairly bad at using outfit studio and nifscofe to try and copy or make this to work for other armour's.  

 

If anyone has some advice for me, some materials to go over, or pointer's on taking parts from one armor nif and adding them to annother if that is even possible or not.
