Lower part of armor going missing after equipping

So i have some armors that have a seperate upper and lower part of the armor.  When i equip the lower part , i can clearly see that my bottoms are there. However when i also equip the upper part of the armor then tab out of skyui, the pants go missing. This is an occurrence on all my armor mods that have a bottom and upper component. What could cause my pants to go missing. I know that the meshes and textures aren't gone. Pictures to show my problem. As well as load order and modlist.
