WW_Animation- can't find my animation in game. (learning how to make animation)

So i got decent with animations awhile back and was on a roll for a while. I came back and i can't seem to understand where i'm going wrong. I've followed the step by step tutorial for creating this and i think i have gone wrong with the XML file somewhere. My .package is listed when i load up the game but it doesn't show up in the WW menu while in game.. Could someone possibly check out what i have and let me know where i'm stuck with this package? I'm pretty confident that whatever is wrong is with me and the XML file.
