lovers blackmail dialouge issue

During the first quest of blackmail v.6 when you are in the stocks in the imperal city, you are suppose to get dialouge on the bottom of your screen between your pc and the npc in the animation, well I get this dialouge, but it is only one line repeated "some hero" when on my previous playthrough there was several different mocking lines. Any idea as to what could cause this? ever since I upgraded from rev 91 to 96 "yes I made a clean save" it hasn't worked correctly here is my load order.
