How to make voice replacers?

Hi, first time posting. I was wondering if there was any guide or instructions to making character voice replacers.

I wanted to play around and see if I could make a voice that I liked more, but Google searches return back already created mods rather than instructions.

 

So far, I've come across some information that is not specific to my question in the CK Wiki and some sort of listing on the JP Skyrim Wiki of what file corresponds to what sound, but I am still unsure on how to make this kind of mod.

 

Edit: That JP Wiki page translates to instructions. Guess I answered my own question.
