Last Exception Error

My game didn't crash but weird things keep happening and honestly I think I have too many mods in at this point, just don't know which are conflicting, so I'd appreciate any help I can get. (Ex. sims that I designed keep walking around wearing random clothes, their preset outfits are still the same but they're just wearing a completely different outfit at the moment?? idk if this is an ea bug or something with my mods, does this happen to anyone else?)

My guess is something to do with necrodog's smoking mod - cigarette pack - cancel live drag (smoking).

 

Sims changing to and wearing the wrong outfit is an ongoing Sims 4 bug.  It partially has to do with the 'City Living' expansion pack and festivals.  Sims, no where near the festivals, will still change to festival and random outfits (situational).  Most mods just tell the game to change outfits and the outfit choice is decided by the game (unless the mod is selecting a specific outfit - most don't).

Thank you so much! Do you know if they updated the mod? I guess I'll have to go without it for the meantime.
