not recognizing gender options? also error code

Hello! I am trying to add female breasts to male bodied sims. I have tried in multiple settings - I have "anything goes" for the gender recognition settings under sex settings, but I've tried other things too. When I click on change body settings it only lets me choose "male body top". Even if I change the sim's gender to "female" in gender recognition settings, it still only lets me choose "male body top"s. ((Alternatively, if anyone has a male body top mod that's visually similar to female breasts, I'll gladly take that instead)). 

 

Also, I'm getting an error code and it tells me to relaunch the game (but I keep getting the same error code when I do, so I just keep playing....) the code is:

I am running Wicked Whims v145e, and I am running Sims version 1.55.108.1020

 

TL;DR, here are my questions: 

1. What is this error code, and what do I do about it? (Error Code: 140:ea9d856:b5c47324) 
2. How do I allow a male sim to equip a female chest? 

 

I don't really know what else to include (and if there's any more details I can add, lmk & I'll do so ASAP!) but I GREATLY appreciate any and all help anyone has to offer!
