[newbie] integrating custom traits with ww

hello! i'm currently trying to make a kind of sex addict trait, where the sim gets debuffs the longer they go without having sex. the only problem is that, until now, i can only make it work with vanilla, normal sims woohoo. i already suspected this was going to happen, since the sex interaction is a custom one, but seeing how many traits manage to interact with wickedwhims sex, can someone tell me how to do it? i'm using zerbu's mod constructor v4
