Help making my Skyrim more old school Text based and dark?

I looked high and below, thought about requiem and all its hassle of compatibility only because i saw it adds some text message info boxes of moments.

 

but thats one of the main things i am looking to add to my game.... more descriptions in a tabletop rpg manner like „you see a shadowy person that seems to be a bit nervous being seen“ etc etc... you know what i mean i am sure.

 

what mods add such elements to skyrim? Also generally old school rpg elements, making the game less linear and predictable, more immersive.

 

Also i want to make the game more hardcore and dark fantasy medieval with the brutality thos ages actually are known for 

i added those justice system gallows and stuff, also enjoying hydra slavegirls. But can you recomend more?

dark, gritty, dirty medieval? As written above, if text based, even better. Adult or not. 

 

 

lastly i would like to transform the world into less snowy icey without turning it into that tropical stuff.

i ve some nice retextures running and COT but really looking for a more balanced landscape with maybe just 30-40% snowland. Any recommendations?
