Better Body Bottom Fix?

I really like the better body mod but for some reason the bottom part isn't working well with female sims which aren't thin I made already an comment in the BB thread a while ago but no answer or fix so far, so can anyone here try to fix it?

As you can see the arms are way to close to the body when I use your bottom part
