Question about creating MCM json files

So setup new game all mods loaded. Start skyrim and it starts fine.  Go into MCM configure all menus and options saving jsons when I can. I have alot of LLMods loaded...sd, dd, Laura,  etc. Still fine save game exit but then save game won't load. Can start another new game and do the whole thing all over. Is it possible that the jsons I'm creating from within MCM to corrupt a save file and cause CTDs. When I load the save skyrim comes up.... Load screen and then CTD. This is very beginning at Mara statue Live Another Life
