Purple Sky

Okay I just started replaying FO4 and just left the house with Nora and Shaun on the way to the Vault.  As I was running I noticed the sky is purple.  I've had this game since it was released and the last time I played was a year and a half ago, and I don't remember if the sky was blue or purple.  I know when an object is purple it means there is a texture missing.   What texture could it have been?
