how can i solve this blender problem. (Solved)

i want to handle the tmc file on blender 2.8

i downloded these files.

 

but when i try to import some tmc.

 

 

it shows this error and no object in blender

 

 

 

 

and about the tmcmesh importer exporter.

i installed it but nothing shows up

i think the all files in that link doesn't work well. i can't see tmc mesh something too

 

i want to import and export the tmc on blender 2.8. what should i do.

solved it. installed it by wrong way. i hadn't unzipped the file.
