Abused Trait?

I like Sacrificals Extreme Violence mod (no, I do not condone violence in real life) I've tried making a trait where the person enjoys being beat up. I have NO idea what I'm doing and can't get it to work the way I want. Has anybody come across a trait like this? For example, instead of the "uncomfortable" buff you get from getting slapped, I'd like a flirty buff, want to woohoo, a need to be hit again, something alone those lines.
