(SSE-General) Any way to have dynamic firelights?

So, i've been tinkering for a while with weathermods, lighting overhauls, and ENB. For now i settled with Climates of Tamriel (because i like the Vanilla-look), Luminosity Lighting Overhaul (because looks "good-enough" in almost any scenery, with no real weaknesses), and my own custom ENB-profile. Aside from CoT doing a few weird things occassionally, i'm quite satisfied with the result.

Except for one thing that constantly bothers me: Fires

It's not the flames themselves that bother me, but the (lack of) illumination of direct surroundings. Check out this screenie for example:

In the above screenie, the center "torch" clearly is "doing something" to the surroundings, but only towards the right side of the screen. It's completely implausible why the wall behind it is in complete darkness. Obviously the fire isn't really giving off any light: Instead there's a static fake-light placed inside it, and directed towards the right side of the screen, instead of shining omnidirectionally. Now i know this particular instance is prolly the fault of LLO, but i've seen this kinda stuff in Vanilla too. This makes me wonder: Why rely on modders placing lights at all? ENB can already detect fires - else it couldn't have settings for the flames - so why couldn't ENB just assume an omni-light in it's position? So basically: Dynamically injected firelights?

Update: I've tried a few things, including a fireplace-mod that supposedly dynamically places complex firelights at fireplaces, but didn't actually do that in my testing. So instead, i'm now running Luminosity-Lighting and Relighting-Skyrim in tandem. This works, because LLO doesn't move vanilla-lights or add/remove anything, but only adjusts the tone and brightness of vanilla-lights. RS in turn was specifically created by someone, who was annoyed about exactly the same thing i am: Unrealistic placement of lights. So with both in tandem, i get most of the "mood" of LLO, but also the realistic placement or RS.

Here's a new screenshot of the earlier scene, for comparison:

Still need to do a bit of finetuning in ENB, but looking good so far.
