Becuse well had to reinstall PC so need to download mods again but maybe change them this time around. 

what texture would you recommend to use for  better overall world textures for like houses and ground and such ? 
vivid land scape or Skyrim 2017 Textures by Pfuscher or any other tip ? 

Also shall I use vivid weather or climates of tamirel 

Also which light mod would you recommend ?
