I know that the game was down every now and then due to maintenance, as described here: Not a pro with japanese so that is all i can do for you.
Y_U_I Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 Initialization failed during startup. The cause according to the official page is graphic / sound device. Try updating both driver to the latest. You can also try using low quality to check if it works, means your pc spec is too low for the high quality model. You might also chose a screen resolution appropriate for your pc to see if that's the problem.
