hollowlunaticlol Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Hi. I have a little problem with animation that i created. It works in game, but... idk how to fix one thing. In blender i created animation for 2 sims - one lying on floor - and here is problem. When i choose my animation in game, sim stand - with animation ofc. I should change smth with blender or xml? Btw, sorry for my english - i have a little problem with this language To be sure that u could help me with this i post below XML Screen, screen of animation and blend files.
Michse222 Posted September 4, 2019 Posted September 4, 2019 Hi there, I think your blender file is the problem. I'm guessing here - but did you transform (rotate/move) the male sim outside of pose mode after adding it? (Don't do that.) I don't know if your file is even fixable. If you select you male sim in pose mode, selct all, click on pose -> clear transform -> all ; you'll see your sim is lying askew on the ground in blender. The game interprets this as standing upright. The proper way to add a second sim is: 1. append the nessecary object parts. 2. After that on the right side there is a new rig.male/female. Now select that one. Notice that below your viewport it shows object mode. Change that to pose mode. Don't move anything outside of pose mode. 3. Now you can begin to animate your rig: To place it - select the b_root_bind bone on the right side. All other bones will move and rotate simultaneously. 4. After postionioning your charakter roughly you can begin to rotate different body parts to your liking by selecting and rotating those bones. 5. If done right there should be no need for an offset inside of your xml file Btw: There are different rigs out there - the one you'r using seems quite uncomfortable - look for an rig including IK bones Hope this helps and good luck with your animations
