Adding custom dialogue option in custom follwer mod

I am creating a follower mod called "Dragon Mom". It will add an npc that will act as mother to the dragonborn (got the idea from okasan online anime". However I want to add dialogue options such as "give me food" that will give some food item to dragonborn. how can i add such options? thanks in advance.
