CBBE, UNP, and other body mods: which are noteworthy?

CBBE just feels too... I dunno... failed experiments in plastic surgery for me. It's possible I just didn't have a good skin... what's the current popular flavor of CBBE and skin?

Other than CBBE and UNP, are there any other significant body types that have taken off (like some of the "manga" ones from our fellow Japanese pervs for Oblivion)? Is CBBE currently the most popular? Are there any up and coming body types with some fun armor and/or BB? Are there any other more "believably sexy" ones like UNP?
