Settlement NPCs Inventory Bug

I've been trying to set up a brothel in Sanctuary Hills using RSE, and part of that requires giving the prostitutes a ring to attract customers. However, whenever I talk to my potential prostitutes (I'm starting with Marcy Long because I started a new file) I get a barter prompt instead of the usual item trade prompt. She's buying my equipment, not putting it on and wearing it. My load order is below. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Never mind. I figured out that the reason why Marcy was buying my items was because I had her set to one of RSE Brothels' prostitute rugs. Once I took her off of it, I was able to give her items as normal.
