i need help finding a hair to make this character in sims 4.

(or, if someone here knows how to convert mmd to sims 4 cc lmk cause there's ripped files of the character's hair up.)

i found this but the person didnt say which hair it is.

I think it's Newsea's 'Hit the Lights' hair but I think you need to pay for the mesh
