Firerune999 Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 Hello guys! first I want to apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong section, since this is my first time asking for help here. Anyway, I delved into the hdt stuff a while ago and started making cloak conversions in oldrim to work with hdt pe (for instance, i used the .xml and the bones from illustrious cloaks to make the sylvanas, lich king and bosmer cloaks swing around). The results were very good, but most times i had to repaint the weights in some parts and even rig the cloaks again so it made the work quite time consuming. I mostly converted cloaks, but I also got cloth physics working for armors such as elen's witch armor (from colorful magic) and ashara imperial outfit. I also enabled physics to some hairs using hdt ks hairdos as a template, but the results weren't worth the effort. After some time i migrated to skyrim SE and got into hdt smp, which i think is much easier to work with than hdt pe and also gives more convincing results. I managed to make a hair from SG hair pack (specifically, sky32) have physics and collisions and the results were so good that it really surprised me. I achieved that by copying the bones from BabyDoll (hdt ks hairs), the ones from the back of the sleeper hair (yundao hairs) and by making a .xml based on the sleeper hair .xml. Despite that, i'm struggling to make another hair work with physics. It has all the bones, a .xml that i based on one from yundao hairs, but the hair won't move an inch. I'm not an expert at coding xmls, so I'm attaching the mesh and the .xml here just in case someone with experience in HDT SMP is willing to help me out. I would be very glad! hair10 Geralt.nifGeralt HDT Hair.xml
