how does this even happen help me please

so im having this strange problem. when i loot females and take the armor they are fully naked but not really. the problem is i dont have a female body re-placer installed as far as i know. i dont remember installing one and i really dont care for it and cant figure out what mod is causing it.

Honestly , looking over the mod list you posted I dont see any obvious culprits. except maybe the wet and cold mod but that is unlikely.
