First one is a simple swap of models. Normal male zombie is now using ada nude model and female zombie is using nude claire model

Second one is the fix of deformed body shape.

did u completely uninstalled all other mods?

sometimes u need to delete natives folder manually to completely uninstalled other mods

so  is there   a  way   for someone  not from China  to  download those mods ?  I'd ask if anyone got the ones talked about on the 1st page but i don't have access to a credit card with enough cash on it to buy that one.

Or did any new mods appeared that  strip zombies  to cause accidents  like L.J. in the  second movie ,
