lolicatgirls9 Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I had XeoR5 installed a little while back, but I replaced it with XeoSP++ due to issues with LoversMagic 0.50. Doing this fixed my problem, but gave me a new one. Now a large number of NPCs are bald, many of them female. Using FormIDFinder, I noticed that these characters were all missing a mesh: meshes\clothes\cloaks and capes\crimson\cloak.nif I checked my BSAs to see if it might be in one of those (including the xeosp++ BSA) and found nothing. I don't have a clue what this is from, and I'm not sure what its true purpose is. Are the bald NPCs supposed to be wearing them? If the mesh was there, would I be able to take it off of them (MCS Order) and see hair on the character? I believe this to be the same problem I'm having with fine steel armor. The item is there, but instead of a big yellow WTF, it's just visually absent. I'm not sure exactly what the deal is, but for now I'd at least like to find out where this mesh is coming from and how I can get my hands on it. If anyone could help me find it, I would greatly appreciate it.
KillingSun Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 You should use Bash Installer for those things. Check this thread, saved me a lot of trouble. http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=13&page=41 And check your load order. XEO mods are not easily tamed. For me, I experience trouble from cobl when starting a game. I load xeosp++ as last esp before MAO and cobl says that some mod has overwritten cobl parts.
Slammer64 Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 The problem with the latest Xeosp++ is that the creator did a compile all scripts in it! I did a decompile all scripts in Wrye Bash and that fixed most of my problems with it.
