Overwatch Ana's sniper

Hello guys,

 

So, a friend and i are looking for a weapon that does the same thing as Ana's sniper in overwatch.

if you don't know what it does, it's simple, the sniper is shooting syringes, when you shoot an ennemy, it does damages, and when you shoot allies, it heals them.

 

I hope this exist and if it don't someone create it, i don't think we are the only one dreaming about this in fallout 4
