Coming back to FO4 with a few ideas/questions

I've decided to install and play Fallout 4 after some time and have a few ideas on roleplaying   the female protagonist.. I have a most basic idea of mod making so I was curious how difficult some of my ideas might be to implement.. Maybe some constructive criticism/ideas  as well..

 

#1: The female protagonist is subjected to to warped Vault-Tec scientist's experiment ( Would explain going from vanilla body to whatever Atomic Beauty preset I choose) 

                Possibly with an extra room/terminal with said experiment's notes.

 

#2: I thought of the protagonist possibly being a synth planted for the Institute to observe. No real Idea to persue this, like getting battle damage similar to the Gen1s and Gen2s we see in the                           Commonwealth.

 

#3: With the idea of using the Atomic Body for the female protagonist, I was thinking of using UniquePlayer but instead of modifying all of the outfits in the commonwealth, having to modify the                      clothing/armor through the crafting stations. I know some armor can be crafted through the chemistry station but in the thought of the immersion of the roleplay., converting/modifying                     seems to be the more preferred method.   I am unsure how easy/difficult/monumental the task would be. I it possible to use the Body Slide Tool in a different dicrectory than the game's?

OH boy I love rping.

I reccomend "start me up", its a alternate start mod that goes as far as editing the speech options and what the npcs say so you can be someone else than the dreaded shaun progenitor(I like the idea of being frozen in vault 111 so i normally pick the vault dweler start and rp I was another sanctuary inhabitant before the bomb).

If you get the mod you could Rp that the reason you have that sexy body was cosmetic surgeries from before the war or some that you voluntered for some pre war experiment in the CIT. Implants are also a thing lorewise so you could be an genetic enhanced person related to the government or someone that took part in its research or paid for it before the bombs.

I reccomend you just download a atomic body gear but dont let it overwrite/replace the regular one and just modify/craft or add trough console the atomic body equivalent, I do believe the unique player body mod makes that the gear you equip automatically is for the body youre using and long you have the clothing mod.
