Light Glow Problem & Removal Of Claralux Engineers

Hello,

I've been having some small but annoying issues with Claralux light glow & Claralux engineers in Skyrim.

 

My lights often have an ugly and annoying glow around them like so:

I have tried setting the light radius and strength to vanilla via the commands/interface offered and have attempted to use the pcb command indoors. Unfortunately none of these attempts have worked so I'm figuring I have a mod conflict that I'm not aware of...

 

Also, I cannot seem to remove the Claralux engineers (idle NPCs added by the mod) even after following the instructions given on the mod page, I'm not sure why the command isn't taking effect.

I also use ENB (latest version) and SweetFX (again the latest version) but have attempted to run the game without, reaching the same problems.
