Converting Heavy Armor to Light Armor

I found out how to do this via the Creation Kit, the problem is that even though I have the modded armor changed to light armor in the CK, in the game it still has properties of heavy armor (moves atrociously slow + has other properties heavy armor has).

 

It's the Christie armor from here:

I'm not sure what is wrong here, even in-game it is now classed as light armor but for some reason it doesn't have light armor properties.

open CK' date=' look up your armor, pick edit, look at the right side under editor ID, it say heavy delete that 1 and add light armor instead

 

on the left side you can also change the weight for it, and armor rating
