SKyrim LE .EXE is Missing

Hello I've tried updating LE to 5.80 but Nexus still says .exe is missing and I'm out of ideas. 

I've rerun the download from steam, I've removed all loose mods yet nothing works and I can't get anything to work. I've looked through steam community pages but if it matches my problem and I try it nothing happens and it still reads missing and Vortex says the same. Path does not contain .exe. Please help or explain why, other than Skyrim hates me which has been established a long time ago.

You talk about Skyrim LE, but mention version 5.80? which I guess is 1.5.80. That version is the latest one for Skyrim SE, not LE. Are you sure you're using the right file paths for the right games? Maybe you're trying to manage Skyrim SE with Vortex but pointing it to Skyrim LE, or something alike.
