Skyrim LE (Oldrim) super modded having long loading times.

 I've browsed internet to find a clue to what exactly can bloat loading times for Skyrim Legendary Edition and between answers like "big mods with lots of records" and "HD (2K - 4K) texture packs" I can't find any definitive one or even something that might help.

 

 So I am asking here what in my installed mods puts that "extra weight" on loading times as right now it takes me about 3.5 mins to load a safe at the start of the game where I have barely created a character (and all mods are loaded in MCM menu).

 

I am playing Skyrim Legendary Edition (obviously), with latest SKSE, Mod Organizer v2.2.0, TS5Edit tool, LOOT is one of the latest updates if not newest one, as well as FNIS and Bodyslide Studio.

 

PC specs:

OS - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Processor - Intel Core i7-8700 3.20 GHz (12 threads.. ?)

RAM - 16 GB DDR3

Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR 6

All above mention software installed on HDD (Toshiba, don't know if any more details are needed)

 I have merged some of the armor and patch mods togather to save up on space in that limited 255 size. Currently MO says that I have 382 mods active and 249 active esp/esm plug-ins.

I would be glad to hear any solid advice on how to decrease my loading times and which of these mods can cause my game to take literally minutes to load. (thing is that I have tried to play it before with a bit less mods and it was loading way faster. Only after one critical flawed mod that I have installed and couldn't find it until I redid complete reinstallation of my mod list I have stumbled on this, "inconvenience".

 

(If my problem has been clearly answered before please tell me and I will remove this post when solved if needed.)
