this is what it says if u check the comments, and most of the CC/creations of doxy go on public sooner or later so just wait for it if u dont want to pay for it. :S

Hello, every CC is hosted on Patreon, but at the moment only the Witch Set is behind a paywall. Everything else should be 100% free and available to download. If it's not the case please send me a message so we can find a solution.

When it comes to oufits, Patreons are usually 10-30 days ahead,

Keep up the good work! I would like to see more "nip slip" alternate versions to every outfit.           

Maybe one day Wicked Whims will have a way to identify outfits with keywords such as being, "Open" "See through" "Wet" "Nipples poking through" "tight" and "torn".

Then have sims react accordingly to seeing the clothing and provide buffs and debuffs to wearing the outfit and observing other wearing the outfits.

It's not 'that' difficult to make an alternative version of my outfits. Since I can use the same textures (If done properly) . So I will do it as much as possible! I'm not always interested by making adult clothing, so I think providing alternative versions is a good middleground.

Regarding a WW implementation, it seems difficult, but it could be possible. Unfortunately this is well beyond my skills.

They do ! In CAS remove the "male" tag, and you can use the outfits. (But keep in mind it wasn't made for male so it's far from perfect.)
